The following cemetery listings are an accumulation of readings done by the DAR in the early 1960’s as well as by Helen Wildermuth and others at a later date.
ALL CEMETERY LISTINGS ARE FINALLY COMPLETED.
Most of these cemeteries were recorded during the 1960-1970 time frame. If you have a relative that was buried after that, please let me know and I will include them.
I will also be placing a link on each page regarding the “current conditions” of each cemetery as we get this information. So, if you have visited any of these, please send the information such as when you visited and how you found the cemetery; this will help others greatly. If anyone has any photographs of cemeteries, please email them to me.
There will be photos when possible with the cemetery listings, we don’t know when these photos were taken and some may be quite old—showing a cemetery that appears to be in good condition AT THAT TIME, but now is no longer in existence. Before deciding to visit a cemetery, please read carefully any data I may have included with the listing as some of these cemeteries are now on private property and either not accessible or you need to obtain permission.
** It is important to note that many of these burials are listed in ALPHABETICAL order, this in no way implies that they are buried in this manner. There are other cemeteries that are NOT in alphabetical order but in order of location. You will need to search these listings as I left them intact feeling that it was important to know the layout of the burials as it sometimes pertains to other family connections. .
