This is the view from Johnson Cemetery.  I took this photo standing behind the iron gate around the cemetery, of the farm directly across the street.  This picture doesn't do it justice- it's the most beautiful place!

John, son of Quincy and Cora, was shot and killed in Indianapolis.

Charles, son of Quincy and Cora, was hit by a Big Four Passenger train near the old depot in Stockwell.  Part of the train hit his head directly behind his left ear and he was killed instantly.

Sarah was the daughter of Adam Ackers and ? Edwards.  She was married to John Carte in West Virginia.

Ethel was the daughter of John and Sarah Carte.

Claude was the brother of Quincy Platt.
