Missionary Baptist Cemetery, Sheffield Township, Tippecanoe County, Indiana

	Hannah K. Wife of H. Smith Died April 11, 1904 Aged 76 Ys & 11 M Hannah and Henry are on different sides of the same stone. Hannah was the daughter of Moses Thomas and Elizabeth Bacorn. Moses Thomas is said to be buried in this cemetery as well, although if there ever was a marker it's not there now.
	Henry Smith Died May 2, 1868 Aged 44 Y 10 M 15 D
	Henry Smith Died May 2, 1868 Aged 44 Yrs 10 Ms. & 15 Ds. Illegible poem inscribed below This is Henry's original stone, when Hannah passed away 36 years later a new stone was erected with both of their names.
	Elizabeth H. Wife of E. B. Thomas Died Nov. 13, 1865 Aged [38?] Ys 8 Ms & 8 Ds. Inscription below that I once again forgot to write down, thinking I could read it on the picture! "[?] our fate [?] [?] our pious mother [?] [?] and holy zeal [?] [?]" Elizabeth is some relation to Hannah Thomas-Smith.

	In Memory of Jacob Bacorn Died July 21, 1862 Aged 50 Yrs. 7 Mos. 8 Ds. Jacob is the son of Phebe, pictured below, and the husband of Mary, pictured above. The children are his with Mary. Jacob was the brother of Elizabeth Bacorn-Thomas and uncle to Hannah Thomas-Smith.
	In Memory of George M. son of J & M Bacorn Died Aug. 6, 1861 Aged 20 Yrs. 5 Ms. 21 Ds.
	Jacob H. son of J & M Bacorn Died July 23, 1847 [stone is broken here so date is uncertain] Aged 9 Yr. 11 M. [faded]
	Phebe wife of Jacob Bacorn Died Oct. 1, 1852 Aged 75 [or 79] Y 6 M & 23 D Phebe is the mother of the elder Jacob Bacorn buried here, and grandmother of all of the children. Elizabeth Bacorn-Thomas, mother of Hannah Thomas-Smith pictured above, was the daughter of Phebe and Jacob.
	In Memory of Isaac Riley son of Jacob & Mary Bacorn Died March 2, 18 [stone broken- date illegible] Aged 21 Ys. 6 M. 27 Ds.
