Tours of
the museum for groups can be arranged and individuals are welcome to drop by
during the hours of business. Hours of the museum are: Thursday, Friday and
Saturday, 10:00AM to 4:00PM, , and by appointment, please call ahead if you
have a large group or want to arrange a special tour. Due to the design of
the old building, handicapped access is limited, to the lower level of the building.

In March and April 1996, a group of genealogists organized the Indiana Comprehensive Genealogy Database.
The idea was to provide a single entry point for all counties in Indiana, where collected databases would be indexed
and cross-linked so that even if an individual were found in more than one county, they could be located in the index. At the same time,volunteers were found
who were willing to coordinate the collection of databases and generally oversee the contents of the web page.
