married. His father was the late William Barter.

Home where Rev. Theodore M. Haefele, pastor of
Immanuel Evangelical and Reformed Church of Marrstownship, will conduct the funeral service at Tuesday in the Short-Niehaus
chapel. Burial will be in Bellefontaine cemetery.
