"The community was saddened on Saturday by the death of W. W.
Fisher, at Welborn-Walker hospital.

grocery business after serving the community for the past 23 years, the
......... the year on account of his poor health.
He was the son of Elizabeth and Jacob Fisher and had been a
....... resident of this community.
He was born Jan. 9, 1878 and passed away June
19, 1943, aged
65 years, 5 months and 11 days.
He was united in marriage to Miss Myrtle Papers, Dec
10, 1908, who
survives him. Having no children of their own they shared their home with two
girls who are now Mrs. Loren Rachels and Mrs. Walter
Hill both of Evansville. He is also survived by 3 nieces, Mrs. Laurel Welch, Mrs.
Logan Greene Mrs. M. L. Cox.
