Elmer G. Wiley 55, a Lynn township farmer residing at Springfield, died at 9:15 o'clock last night at his home where he had been ill for the last three months.


The body is at Weisinger Funeral Home and will remain there through the funeral service set for 2 p.m. Saturday in Weisinger Chapel.  Burial will be in Bellefontaine cemetery.  Rev. Arthur C. Blackburn, a retired Posey county General Baptist preacher, will conduct the service.


The deceased was a son of Walter Wiley and Lena Becker Wiley.  He was never married.


Surviving are the mother; five brothers, Loral, Fillmore, Calif; Lorna and Lawrence, Lynn township, Ophel, R. R. 3, Mt. Vernon and Thomas, Mt. Vernon and a sister, Mrs. Harold Motz, R. R. 2, Wadesville.
