Our regular monthly meetings

Meetings are held at 1:00 p.m. (cst)  on the third Friday of every other month. November 2015 will be a luncheon at Christo’s restaurant, see page 1 for details.

Join Us!  Our Membership is open to any interested individual or organization. Your membership will help support and preserve your local Starke County Indiana family histories.

Dues are payable in November for the year starting January 1. Membership cards are sent upon receipt of dues. Life memberships are also available for $150.

Book I contains Crown Hill, Humphrey, Oak Grove, Oak Park  cemeteries located in Center Township.


Book II contains (California Township) - Fivecoates Family, Round Lake and Slight Family

(Davis Township) - Fancher

(North Bend Township) - Alexander Heinemann, Bass Lake Hartz Lake, North Bend Township, North Union and Saint John Lutheran

(Oregon Township) - Fletcher, Grovertown, Oregon Township

(Washington Township) - Eagle Creek, Holy Cross, Lerch, Swartzell, Washington Township.


Book III contains All Saints, Evangelical Society, Hepner, Highland, Pioneer (North Judson), Saint Jacob Catholic, San Pierre all located in Wayne and Railroad Townships. 


Each book contains a list of graves and a description of the cemetery along with directions to each of the cemeteries. (A map of Starke County with each cemetery numbered in alphabetical order is included in all cemetery books, but the numbers in cemetery Books II & III do not follow the correct sequence so please disregard those maps)
