According to an article in the South Bend Tribune dated January 29, 1934 and has a picture of this Cemetery. Under the picture it reads:

This cemetery was found on top of the hill, during the construction of the Laing Park that is located on Lincoln Way East.
There was nothing done to preserve this cemetery what was left of it and has now disappeared.
It is thought to be somewhere and possibly where the McDonald’s is now located.
