The Rudolf & Dorothy (Wcisel) Baloun Family Rudolf was born November 06, 1926 to Otto & Justine (Prikosovich) Baloun of Minihoff, Austria who arrived in America about 1922. Otto and Justine lived on Catalpa Street in South Bend and he was employed by Water Department and Studebakers. The family attended Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church. Rudolf was educated at South Bend Washington High School and was a member of the State championship 1943-44 Football Team.   On September 30, 1950 in St. Hedwig Catholic Church he will marry the former Dorothy Wcisel the daughter of Alex & Lillian (Janowiak) Wcisel. Two children will be born to this union Drew and David. Rudolf will serve in the USA Army in Manilla  during WW 2.  He will be a charter member of the St Joseph County Homebuilders Association. Dorothy will pass in 2004 and Rudolf will follow in 2006, they rest at St Joseph Memorial Park Cemetery, Granger
