Sister Mary Coacha CSC, 74, a member of the Holy Cross Community for 55 years, died this morning in Saint Mary’s Convent infirmary. She was born May 18, 1871 as Anna Gwynn in Maryland. During her 55 years with the community she was a teacher in various schools.

 

Last rites will be conducted Saturday in the Chapel of Immaculate Conception, with burial in the community cemetery at St. Mary’s.
