Ellen Elizabeth Snyder
  SOUTH BEND - Ellen Elizabeth Snyder, 84, of Medco Center, died at 12:57 p.m. Monday in the nursing home.  Mrs. Snyder was born Feb. 22, 1905 in Washington, Ind., and lived in South Bend most of her life.  On April 14, 1923, in South Bend, as Ellen Cormican, she married Ellis L. Snyder, who survives.  Also surviving are a son, James A. of South Bend; four grandchilreen; and three great-grandchildren.  A daughter, Clara Sokit, and a son, Ellis L. Jr., preceded her in death.
  Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Palmer Funeral Home, Lakeville.  Burial will be at Union Church Cemetery, Plymouth.  Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
