Welcome to Indiana Trails To The Past. I am Sheri Bush, Indiana State Administrator. Shani Bush is the Indiana Assistant State Administrator. We are just beginning, so please forgive us for any small problems that crop up. If you have questions, comments, complaints, data you would like to submit or if you would like to adopt a county, please email me by clicking on my name above. I would love to hear from you.
The Trails to the Past is an organization of volunteers dedicated to providing non-commercial, free genealogical data to researchers. Indiana is just getting started, and is looking for county hosts and data. We want to provide birth, death and marriage records; census, bible records, books and cemetery records. Journals, diaries and photos would be a wonderful resource for researchers to find here.
Our neighboring states are: Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
There are Indiana counties that are in need of adoption. Do you have an interest in an area of Indiana? If you are interested in becoming a host or submitting data, you can email me.
