THE WWHS MUSEUM IS OPEN SATURDAY'S 11 AM - 3 PM
NEWS 05/28/2009

Our museum has been open every Saturday since 4/26/2008. But thanks to the Hamilton County Convention and Visitors Bureau (HCCVB website) and dedicated members of our society we will expand our hours this summer.

Starting in June we will be open extended hours - please check back here for details!

We will continue to be open Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Admission is free but donations are always welcome.

Our new historical museum has been open since April 2008 and we are very proud of our accomplishment.

But there is so much more to do!

Historic Pictures of Westfield and Washington Township, and historic residents of our area wanted as well!

Admission is free but donations are always welcome.

Note: Many members of our community have brought in items for donation - it has been amazing what items, some long lost, have show up in our new museum! Please be ready to provide some history and background (written please) on the items you provide to us!

The Museum is located in the old Fire Station - Town Hall at 145 S Union Street

About Us

Historical Societies and history spark our imagination and help us to learn to respect and preserve our past. The Westfield-Washington Historical Society is dedicated to this effort through

  • promoting community and statewide awareness of history, especially our history and our programs
  • encouraging historic preservation and awareness through public education programs, cooperatives with businesses, individuals and museums

Services through the Westfield-Washington Historical Society include monthly meetings, public and charitable education programs and other public events designed to encourage and celebrate our local history.
