He didn't get the moniker 'Buller' for nothing. Billy
Canavan was Carlow's square 'bouncer' for years; his
camaflaouge for the wearer of the No. 3 shirt - aka the
executioner of many guileless forwards parading in the
No. 14 in search of goals.
Billy 'Buller' Canavan was born in
Abbey St, Dublin.
