Carlow Technical School

1948 - 1981

Each year the Departments of Education (T.I.B.) set single subject examinations which were intended primarily for students who were attending Evening classes. However, it was the practice in Carlow Technical School and in many other of the larger schools and Technical Colleges throughout the country, to encourage Day students to sit for them in addition to the Day Group Certificate series.
