Examination of
John Walsh, Servant to Henry Bunbury Esq of Bunbury Lodge in
said County. taken before me John Bennet, Esq., one of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in said County -----

- Who being duly
Sworn on the Holy Evangelists and Examined Saith, that, on
the Morning of Wednesday the 15th of May instant, about
The Hours of Nine or Ten o'clock as examinant went down
with his said Master's Cattle to part of the Lands of
Russelstown in said County Examinant went into the House
of the Widow Cullen in the Deer Park (being part of
the lands of Russelstown aforesaid) he was violently
assaulted by Anne Lacey late a Servant of the said Henry
Bunbury who without speaking a word to Examt. threw a
Large Sauce Pan with long handle at him, and Swore
vehemently that She would have the Old Thief's Life, and
the said Anne Lacey said in the presence of several men
then in the House that Examt's whole Tune was Croppy lie
down in about the House alluding to Bunbury Lodge ---- and
further Examt. saith not ----
