The Examinations of Myles Carty
of Mount Kelly
-
in the said county of Carlow.
-
Taken before me one of his Majesties Justices of the
peace
-
for said County
|
Who being duly sworn and Examined
Deposeth and saith that on the night of the fourth
of April Inst. Between the Hours of Eleven and
Twelve of the Clock or thereabouts he being then in
the House of John Lawlor of Ratheran in said county
and that said house was Entered by some person or
persons unknown to Examinant by way of the window of
said house which was by then broke open and when
entered opened the Door of said house and thereout
Feloniously carried away one Coat three Waistcoats
one Breeches one pair of stockings and one Silver
Kneebuckle with four shilling and tenpence half
sterling the entire of which was Examinant’s
property and Examinant saith that said articles etc.
was worth the sum of one pound sterling and further
saith not.
