No. 41 County of Carlow Division of Carlow

 

I John Warren of Carlow in the County of Carlow one of the Parties in a Cause in which the annexed Decree was pronounced, and the Sum of Ten pounds Sixteen Shillings and Eleven pence thereby ordered to be recovered, and in which Cause John Warren is Plaintiff and Charles Timmin Defendant do swear that there is still remaining due and unpaid of the said Sum so ordered to be recovered, the Sum of Ten pounds after all just Allowances as I verily believe.

20th Day of April 1824
