The first volume of probate court minutes covers 1822-1836 and is not
indexed. A scanning of the minutes from 1822 to aprox. 1830 did not show
any Wares except for an entry for LARD WARE as an appraiser appointed by the
court to appraise the estate of Joseph N. Cook. The second volume of
probate court minutes covered 1834-1841 and was indexed. There were no
Wares in the index. There was one Butler as shown below. There was no data
of genealogical interest in these entries.
