  19. GCSGA. A mailing list for the members of the Genealogical Computer Society of Georgia to discuss the activities of the Society.   24. GEN-IRC. A mailing list for anyone who has an interest in genealogy and is using or would like to use Internet Relay Chat (IRC) to communicate with other genealogists. There are a number of IRC channels relating to genealogy. This mailing list covers mainly those on NewNet but other Networks are welcome to use it as a general Genealogy-IRC list. The main purposes of this list are to enable a genealogist to communicate and set times for live discussions on IRC with other genealogists, post problems or ask questions relating to genealogy and IRC, and anounce new channels or topics of channels in genealogy and IRC.   30. HTMLHELP. A mailing list for helping genealogists who would like to place their webpages on the internet. This is the place to learn programming and to discuss uploading and design elements. Special projects will also be discussed such as the WebTree Project that looked at the HTML that many of the "on the market" programs produce for web pages. The list is for assistance in using the images, not for lookups. All discussions must relate to genealogy and address available software, software development, and the use of Linux in support of genealogy research efforts.   37. NEW-GENLIST. A mailing list for announcing new genealogy mailing lists. If you have a new genealogy mailing list, this is the place to post a brief description of the list. Postings should contain your title, full name and email address; the URL (address) of the site; and a brief description of the contents of the site. You may also include a surname list if the site is a personal web site.
