Pattie Joan Axtell

DEATH OF BABY

Pattie Joan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Axtell, of the Lake City township, was born September 8, 1935 and departed this life March 16, 1936. Her age was six months and 8 days.

Pattie Joan took sick last Thursday and was severely sick during the few days until her death. She had practically no sickness up to that time.

She leaves to mourn her departure, her father and mother, two brothers, Billy and Bobby, one sister, Peggie Jean and three grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Landon Mills and Mrs. Florence Axtell, her grandfather Axtell preceded her in death. She also leaves a host of bereaved people, who are friends of the family, that have learned to love her because of her sweet disposition.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning from the Landon Mills home at eleven o'clock, R. C. Scott Christian Minister officiating. Interment was made in Highland Cemetery.

Elmer F. Vennum, granduncle of Pattie Joan Axtell; brother of Florence (Vennum) Axtell.
