Allen Rose

Allen Rose, 77 of Kingman died Thursday, June 30, 2005 at Wheatland Health Center, Kingman, Kansas. He was born April 7, 1928 at Isabel, Kansas, the son of the late Leroy Rose and Ima (Carter) Rose. He was a farmer.

He was a member of Odd Fellows, Isabel.

He is survived by one son, Lee "Rusty" Rose and wife Lisa of Rose Hill, Kansas; one brother, Milan Rose of Pratt; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Rose; one brother, Archie Rose and one sister, Vita Slinkard.

Memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 5 at Larrison Mortuary, Pratt, with Kendal Utt presiding. Inurnment was at Isabel Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Harry Hynes Hospice or Wheatland Health Care Center in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt, Kansas 67124.
