Burials

     This is a limited listing of burials at the Pioneer Cemetery.  The actual records for the cemetery have yet to be found.  It is believed that the original records may have been destroyed by either a tornado, or in a fire that destroyed the Wellington City building in the early 1900's

     The following is a list of markers and burials, collected from various sources including the notes of Dorothy Dey, the Sumner County Press Newspaper, a listing done by the Boy Scouts and some information added to these lists from the Brady Book.  Also from newspaper gleanings done by Melvin Shafer.  Some Markers listed here may no longer exist.  We will be adding to this list as we find more information.
