Line Cemetery located in the south east quarter of Section 31, Township 21, Range 11. It once was on the farm of William HUNTSINGER . Owing to the efforts of the Verdigris Valley Home Unit of Lyon County Farm Women, Center Township is now taking care of the cemetery.

It is situated on the side of a sloping hill that extends on down to the Verdigris River (it is indeed a Pleasant View). A few very old cedar trees stand on the plot, a graveled road passes by the south of the county line highway, which divides Lyon and Greenwood Counties, about 20 miles south of Emporia, Kansas.

This is a quite and peaceful cemetery that is well kept. It is still an active cemetery.
