Formerly located at the SE Corner of SE1/4 of Sec 33 Twp 4 range 23 (SE corner of 33-4-23)
Joseph Mosier and Mary E. Mosier (wife) sold one acre of their land on February 25, 1897 for $10.00 to the trustees of the
church. Trustees were L. S. Proctor, M. B. Pogue, and J. Mosier. Granted to trustees and their successors in office beginning at the junction of the public roads at the SE corner of the
SE1/4 of section 33 town 4 Range 23 running west 16 rods, then north 10 rods, then east 16 rods then south 10 rods to the
place of the beginning.
Recorded burials
Bennett, Junie born 12-2-1860, died 3-1-1901 daughter of I. S. Bennett
Mrs. Estes Smith who lived near there said it was believed three children and two adults were buried in that cemetery.
There is no trace now of ever having been a cemetery there.
The church was sold and torn down in about 1919 and the lumber used in building an addition to a house.
