	In 1889, Reverend J. H. McNary of Fontana church launched a drive to build a Methodist church in Parker. Dedication was held September 5, 1890
	In September, 1910, with Reverend H. C. Kephart as Pastor, the present sanctuary of the Methodist Church was started. It was dedicated February 12, 1911.
	The Christian Church on the South side of Main Street was built in 1916.
