The Missouri-Kansas-Texas railroad ran its first train through on January 1, 1889. In 1906 there were eight trains daily with two passenger trains going through each way.

Warner House Residence of Dr. Terry. W. Warner and his wife, Bessie. Bessie is standing in front of the house. Doctor Warner is standing in the back door of the office. Built in 1894, located on the North-West corner, one block North of Main Street at Center and Kimball.
