Commonwealth VS George Freeman FOR FORNICATORS
This day came the atty for the Commonwealth and the
defendant tho called came not but made default and the
process having been executed. It is considered by the
court that the defendant make good therefore to the
Commonwealth by the payment of sixteen dollars and
sixty-six cents and that the Commonwealth recover her
costs.

Commonwealth VS William Bledsoe ADULTERY
This day came as will the attorney for the Commonwealth
as the said defendant and her attorney filed his demer?
And plea of "not guilty" and the court being
advised on the law are ------------ on the demer?
Overruled the same and after hearing the ---------------.
It is considered by the court that the defendant William
Bledsoe make good his fine to the Commonwealth by payment
of
sixteen dollars & sixty six cents and that the deft
Amelia Cobb make good her fine to the Commonwealth by the
payment of sixteen dollars & sixty six cents and that
the Commonwealth recoveer of the defts her cost.
Note: On the 1850 Clay census there is a William Bledsoe
age 33 and a woman in
his household, Amelia Cox age 24

This day came as will the attorney for the Commonwealth
as the said defendant and by his attorney filed his plea
of "not guilty" and the attorney for the
Commonwealth and thereupon came a jury to wit John C.

after hearing the evidence returned the following verdict
to wit We of the jury find the ------- named defendant
guilty as charged in the Indictment and ---------- that
he make good his fine to the Commonwealth by payment of
Twenty dollars and damages.

Commonwealth VS William Bledsoe INDICT FOR FELONY
For cause shown upon affidavit filed and proof the review
in this cause is changed to the Laurel Circuit Court and
the clerk of this court is hereby directed to
--------------- the record and proceeding had hence
------------- William Bledsoe, William White, and Thomas
M. Bledsoe acknowledged themselves indebited to the
Commonwealth in the penal sum of Two hundred
dollars.----------
