This is a death cert from my grandpa (Thomas) brother
Nelson Hatfield. it was in Bell Co Ky.
Nelson has two death Cert. One was filed in Claiborne Co
and one in Bell Co from two different people.
Alvis and Sarah Peck Hatfield were his parents.
Nelson died on the R R tracks in Middleboro Ky.
They said he choldn't hear and train came and hit him.
The date on the Claiborne Co is wrong because
the date filed was 2-15-1915 and it says his death date
was 11-11-1915 They should of wrote 1914.
