Center Street School Students

My grandfather Fred Meyer (picture circled) was born in 1899, in Bellevue, and I estimate his age in the picture to be 8-11 years old. That would date the photograph 1907-1911. I know it is taken outside the Center Street School as I grew up near it. I have asked the school if they could help identify the age and possibly other classmates and teachers in the photo, but they do not have anything older than 1922. I have found the 1907 and 1908 Bellevue school census and it confirms that my grandfather, Fred Meyer, was enrolled at the time. I would like to see if anyone could help identify the date and identities of the other students.
