George W Foote and Margaret G Foote, his wife now of Campbell County, Catharine J Salters, of the City of Brooklyn and State of New York, and John Stewart and Louise Stewart, his wife of Fort George Island, Dural County, Florida of and in consideration of $1535 of which $508.3/100 is paid in hand and the balance secured by notes and lien herein reserved to be paid to them by Thomas D Benedict of the County of Campbell sells, the following real estate situated in the County of Campbell being part of the Mercer survey and being also a part of the land assigned and set off by Commissioners appointed to divide said land between the heirs of General James Taylor, deceased to K L Harris and also being a part of a 500 acres tract deeded to Jordena Foote, deceased, by H T Harris and the said K L Harris, deceased, and being lot No 12 of a subdivision of said 500 acres made by B A Boyers containing 38 acres and 20 poles be the same more or less.
