Kenkel, Henry--Funeral services for Henry Kenkel, 77, father of Clarence Kenkel, Kentucky Times-Star carrier, were conducted Monday in the funeral home of Vonderhaar & Stetter, 3rd and Overton Streets, Newport.  Requiem high mass was intoned at St. Anthony Church, with burial in St. Mary Cemetery, St. Bernard, Ohio. 

Kenkel, a former resident of Bellevue (Kentucky), died Friday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Carl Riesenberg, 6205 Tyne Avenue, Cincinnati, after several year's illness.  He lived in Bellevue for 18 years before moving to Cincinnati.  He was a charter member of the Catholic Knights of Ohio.  Also surviving are two other sons, Richard J. Kenkel, attorney, Covington, and Herbert Kenkel, Dayton, Ohio, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Smith, Price Hill.
