It appears to the satisfaction of the Court from the
original certificate & the oath of W. W. Southgate that John McKenney late of
Newport in the County of Campbell in the State of Kentucky, was entitled to
receive pay as a surviving Lieut. of Infantry in the Pennsylvania line of the
army of the revolution at the rate of twenty six dollars 66-2/3 cents a month
payable during his life & that the said John McKenney departed this life on
the 25th day of November 1833 leaving Mary T. McKenney his widow which is
ordered to be certd. accordingly.
