Alexandria Deed Book 44, page 370, 14 February 1881, recorded 9 December 1881

Wm T McCormick of the County of Campbell for and in consideration of the sum of $1 and for the purpose of securing the location of the Licking Valley Railroad on the route through my land do hereby sell so much of my land on which said railway shall be located as may be necessary for the location, Construction, maintenace and proper and convenient use of said Railway hereby granting full free and uninterrupted Right of Way for said Railway through my said land in said County situated in said Campbell County and bounded on the North by the Ohio River; on the South by the premises of Wm Clift and on thie West by the premises of Jessie Beagles' heirs; so long as it may Continue to be used as a Railway but no longer, the title and possession to revert to me upon the discontinuance of said Railway.

William T McCormick of the County of Campbell and State of Kentucky for and in Consideration of $550 to him paid by The Contracting and Building Company sells All that tract of land situated in the County above written and some particularly described thus Beginning at a point where the Center line of the Maysville and Big Sandy Rail deed intersects the boundary line between the said McCarmack (sic) and Noah Burns land Containing (blank) acres.

It is understood that the said Contracting and Building Company shall make the said McCormick a Suitable Crossing for farm hauling over the railway tract at or near his lower line.

Mrs. J W Baldridge of Covington County of Kenton and State of Kentucky for and in consideration of $1 and other considerations to me paid by John McCormack of Campbell County Kentucky sell Real Estate Lying and Being in the County of Campbell and State of Kentucky the one sixth (undivided) interest in 76 acres of land lying and being on the C&C RR and near the waters of 12 Mile Creek being the Homestead farm of the Late Wm McCormack (deceased) the Said farm being bounded and described in Deed Book (blank).

Adelia E Rouse and Leonard N Rouse, her husband for and in Consideration of $150 to them paid by John J McCormack sell that tract of land lying in the County of Campbell and State of Kentucky situated about Twelve Miles South of Newport Kentucky on the Chesapeake & Ohio RR and being bounded by the Beagle Farm on the North and L N Rouse farm on the South and the Ohio River on the East and the William Cliff farmon the west said above describing property containing 76 Acres and being Known as the Wm T McCormick farm.
