Mary was a daughter of George James. Note that women were rarely referred to by their initials.
Emily James - unidentified, possibly a daughter or daughter-in-law
Amanda James - unidentified, possibly a grandaughter
Celie Wilburn - Celia (James) Wilburn (ca1828 - Feb. 15, 1861), a daughter of George James, wife of Reuben Wilburn
Rebecca Ross - Rebecca L. (James) Ross (Sept. 14, 1831 - April 21, 1882), a daughter of George James, wife of Reuben Truman Ross

This deed is somewhat unusual in that the married female heirs are given inheritance rights in their own name.

It is also notable that George's sons, John M. James, Andrew Jackson James and William Riston James were still living, but were not mentioned in any deed of inheritance.
