94 This deed this day made by and between John N. Ross and Nancy J. Ross, his wife, party of the first part and John P. Ross, party of the second part all of the Carter County ???? that in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part hath sold and ????? and doth hereby sell and convey all that certain tract or parcel of land ???? in the County of Carter, State of Kentucky, and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone on County Road, thence with the division line of John P. Ross and Reuben F. Ross N 61 E 134 poles to a maple, a ?????, small black oak and locust and two small black locust & beeches N 3 W 20 poles to a black oak N 27 E 17 1/2(?) poles to a stake middle of County Road , thence with middle of said County Road, N 51 W 95 poles to stone, S 17 W 30 poles to the beginning, containing survey fifty seven acres with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the party of the second part and his heirs or assigns forever, and the party of the first part ???????? warrant and defend the title of said land to him the party of the second part, his heirs or assigns forever, against all claims whatsoever ???? testimony said parties of the fist part do sign and deliver ?????? this 29 of March 1872.
