398 This indenture made and entered into by and between May L. Offill John H. Offill and Martha H. Offill of the County of Carter and State of Kentucky also John P. Ross and Louisa F. Ross of the County of Lewis & State of Kentucky of the first part and G. M. Offill of Carter County Kentucky of the second part Winesseth that the said Mary L. Offill Martha J. Offill John H. Offill Louisa F. Ross and John P. Ross for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars hath granted bargained and sol unto the said G. W.
