I, Elias P. Davis, Clerk of the County Court ??? county aforesaid do certify
that this deed from Reuben Ross & wife to John Ratcliff was produced to me in
my office on the 10th day of October 1855, and was acknowledged by the said
Reuben Ross to be his act and deed hand and seal for the purpose mentioned;
and Rebecca Ross, his wife was examined by me separate and apart from said
husband She of her own free will and consent without any fears or treats from
husband relinquished her right of dower in the land and premises above conveyed
and requested that the same be recorded which is accordingly done in my office
this 16th day of October, 1835. (!??? s/b 1855)
