 a. Affidavits:     Ezekial Dean PO Buffalo, Owsley Co.
    James B. Gay  PO Buffalo, Owsley, age 45 in 1884.
    Wiley J. Burns Age 53 in 1884 Buffalo,  Wm B. Bowling Witness.
    Perry Bishop  Age 48 in 1884.  Says “Not related”
    Irvin Bishop wrote letters = Grandson.    Brice Barrett : served in Regt.  Raised together.

 b. Marriage Register:   Theo married Elizabeth Allen Aug. 1860 at the home
of John Allen.  Solemnized by GW Baker JP .

 c. Aff:    Susan Bishop Age 66 in 1890.  PO  Teges Clay.  States that she was
born when Susan (Daughter) was born in 1860.

 d. Aff:  Rev.  Benj. L Allen age 51 in 1890 (Said Theo died in 1881)
  Conflict with date listed  at beginning.)

 e. Aff:  Widow Elizabeth made in 1883- 39 years old.  Maiden name Elizabeth Allen.  
Was married at the home of John Allen, married by George W. Baker

 f. Odd Statements:  Spoke of a midwife for Benjamin Bishop - Rachel Allen
who is dead and another Rachel Allen who is dying. 
(I think this refers to Rachel Allen who was Rachel Bishop before marrying Morris Allen. )

 g. Aff:     John Bishop (I think this was the son of Elisha Bishop.  Called John
Bishop Sr.  Would have been first cousins) Resident of  Narrows & age 47 in 1886. 
Were boys together & in same regiment.

 h. Aff: John Burns:  Res. of Doorway, Owsley Co.  age 47 in 1888. 
Raised with Theo.  Lived as neighbors.
 i. I have a note to check the mortality schedule for 1880.
