Looking for McDonalds or Gay families. Barnett
McDonald was son of John McDonald and he married Ida Mae Gay, originally
from Jessamine Co, and the daughter of Jerome Gay and Betty Gaffne My mother,
Adda Mae McDonald was born in 1895. I would guess Barnett married Ida Mae
abt 1886. Family later moved to Shirley IN. Betty Gaffne later married a
Ballinger.

JONES, COSBY, SANNER in Henderson Co., KY by 1810. SANNER, Isaac and
family, Thomas, Lovinia & Nancy Anne, left St.Mary's Co., MD,1805/10
and were on the Franklin Co., 1810 census and in Henderson Co., KY by 1813
at least on tax rolls. Nancy Ann SANNER m. William JONES in 1816 Henderson
Co., KY. Most of their children are born there: James S., William, Clark,
Thomas E., etc. Lovinia Sanner m. Francis Cosby in Henderson Co., KY and
Thomas Sanner m. Nancy Collins. The Jones clan moves on to Pulaski &
Yell co., ARK by 1840. They owned land in Henderson Co. and attended the
Graves Creek Church of Christ. Do not know whether William and possibly his
father, William Jones came with Sanners from MD or possibly Carolinas. A
William Jones was involved in the admin. of Hampton Jones' estate who was
from VA. Will be willing to share all info.

Please help!! I am trying to find the parents of Joshua
Smith born Mar 1,1854. His mother died when he was just a few days old and
his father died thee months before he was born,maybe in prison. I think his
mother could have been Elizabeth Ann Lucas Smith as I found records in Frankfort
where she died Mar.18, 1884 from "Child Bed" "Child Birth" and this gave
her father as Jno Lucas. BUT WHO was her husband? Joshua married Melinda
Jane Rodgers,daughter of Andrew Jackson Rodgers date unknown.These are my
mother grandparents and gt.grandparents. I am trying to find this information
for my mother. She is 78 years old and very ill and has always wondered about
who they was. I will appreciate any information and will be glad to pay any
one for copies of anything they might have or will be willing to find for
us. Joshua and Melinda had at least two children , Mintie and Lonny. Mintie
married Theodore Watson. Thank you so much for yout time and I will be glad

I am searching for information on the family of my
great-grandmother, Matilda T. Fitzgerald. I know from her marriage information
she was from this county and left possibly in the early 1870's as a young
adult and married my gggrandfather in WV in 1872. Her parents names were
