John McCrosky/McCroskey d.1813 leaving a will in Franklin County. He had some 12 known kids...most mentioned in his will by name and born betw.,1772-1803. He is believed to have come into the area perhaps from PA. His wife was Nancy Little, reportedly of County Down,Ireland.,and dau., of Thomas and Mary Campbell Little. I am looking for any information on these individuals.. Daughters...married into the following families: Stucker/Minor(er)/Telford(Tilford)/Arm- strong/ Arbuckle and Bratton(in).Almost all of the children moved into Indiana by 1820 as early pioneers.

GILLESPIE - NICKERSON: My Grandmother, Evelyn Gillespie, b. 8-24-1911 in Frankfort KY, d. 8-5-1987 in Louisville. Md. William Howard Mitchell (of Graves Co.) in 1928, they raised their family in Louisville. She was the youngest of eleven children born to Leonidus Lewis Gillsepie and Alice Nickerson, Alice was the daughter of William Nickerson. Alice died when Evelyn was about 9 mos. old, approx. May 1912. She was raised by her older siblings. Would appreciate any information on this family!! I know alot of this family still lives in Frankfort. Will share info. I have on my grandmother's family. Thanks!
