Flavious B. Martin Johnson
GM3c, U. S. Navy - U.S.S.Nevada (BB-36)

   Born the 18th of October 1921, the son of Monroe J. Johnson and Gustava "Gussye" Bradley. He joined the
U. S. Navy and was assigned to the battleship the U.S.S.Nevada. He was killed during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on 7 Dec. 1941. He is buried in Hickman City Cemetery, next to his parents.

   He had several half-brothers: on his paternal side - Hubert Johnson and on his maternal side - John M. Statham, George L. Ramsey and William T. Ramsey, sr. (father of former Hickman Fire-Chief William Thomas "Bill" Ramsey). Also had a full brother - James D. Johnson
