Naylor, R.L.
R. L. Naylor, 57, of Lancaster, Kentucky, died Saturday, September 10, 1988 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. He was a native of Garrard County, the son of the late Clayton Naylor and Christine Burdette Naylor. He was a farmer and a member of Forks of the Dix River Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Linda Anderson Naylor; two daughters, Sandra K. Grahm of Lexington and Terrie Lynn Herron of Danville; one son, Ronald Keith Naylor of Versailles; one stepson, Danny Rothwell of Shelbyville; and three grandchildren. Services were conducted September 13 at the Ramsey Funeral Home in Lancaster. Burial was in Lancaster Cemetery.

Noel, Marshal Hendren
Marshal Hendren Noel - Another of earths fairest flowers has been gathered by the Master to bloom in heaven in the death of little Marshal Hendren Noel the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Noel. His body was interred in the Lancaster cemetery, with short services at the grave conducted by Rev. J. W. Beagle. Little Marshal was four years old and the youngest of seven children, he was the joy of the household, and the grief of the entire family at his sudden taking was heart rending in the extreme.
Noel, Ray
Mr. Ray Noel, 33 years old, son of the late William Noel, died at the St. Joseph hospital, Lexington, Monday, following an operation for blood poison, which developed from a small pimple on his neck only a short time before.
Mr. Noel was well known and well liked in Garrard county, and his passing has brought sorrow into his home, where he leaves a heartbroken wife and daughter, 14 years of age. He was a member of the Liberty Baptist church. Besides his wife and daughter, he is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Forrest, Dan, Jasper, this county; Hugh Noel of Tulsa, Okla.; Mrs. Ollie Bogie and Mrs. Hobert Teater, also of this county.
Funeral services were conducted at the grave in the Lancaster cemetery Wednesday afternoon by Rev. N. S. Taylor, pastor of the Fork church.
Noel, W.T.
After an illness of several months Mr. W. T. Noel died at his home in Buckeye, Tuesday evening, at six o'clock (Dec. 15, 1914).
He was familiarly known as "Billy Noel" and will be missed by a host of friends in town and his home section. He was born and reared near where he died, being the son of Squire R. A. Noel and Patsy Burton.
When quite young he married Miss Lora Ray, who together with eight children survive him.
Mr. Noel was forty-six years old the seventh of last July. From his early youth he was a member of the Baptish church. After short services at the grave he was buried in the Lancaster cemetery today, the funeral services being conducted by Rev. J. W. Beagle.
The Record joins the friends of the family in extending sympathy to the bereaved widow and children.
