Northcutt-Renaker Wedding Announcement
Falmouth Outlook March 23, 1915
Submitted by Sue B.
George Northcutt, of Boyd, and Miss Rowena Margaret Renaker were married
Thursday last at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.N. Renaker,
at Dry Ridge. It was a quite home affair, only relatives and a few intimate
friends being present. Rev. Johnson officiated.
Miss Etta Browning was the maid of honor and Wilbur Northcutt acted as best
man.
The bride was handsomely attired in a wedding gown of yellow satin messaline
under shadow net, and presented a most beautiful picture of innocence and
loveliness. She carried a shower bouquet of bride's roses. Her going away
dress was made of nave blue serge. The pretty maid of honor, Miss Browning,
looked lovely in a dress made of white massaline under net. She carried a
bouquet of pink roses.
After the ceremony the happy couple went to Cincinnati for a short bridal
trip. They are now at home to their friends at Boyd, Ky.
