Webb, Hon. W. M. (R), Paintsville, Ky, son of W. J. and Margaret J. Webb. Was born in Johnson County, Kentucky, October 66, 1874. Was educated at Paintsville, Ky., Danville, Ky., and Valparaiso, Ind. Has been a teacher in public, graded and high schools for over twenty years. Graduated in law in 1907.  Married Miss Emma Porter, daughter of Rev. C. L. Porter, February 3, 1894. Member of the Missionary Baptist Church, I.O.O.F. and W.O.W. Was elected member of the Legislature in November, 1913, and re-elected November, 2, 1915.
