Easum Family Cemetery

This transcription was taken from a book found in the Shelby County Public Library entitled, "Cemetery Records of Kentucky, Volume I, Jefferson County, Part I" compiled by LTC Robert C. 1. Charles, born in Maryland, son of Harman & Elizabeth, married 16 Jan 1785, in Maryland to Matilda Huffington, daughter of Colonel Leven.

2.  Son of Charles & Matilda; never married.

3.  Angelo Easum, born 25 Jul 1799, son of Charles & Matilda, married first 26 May 1825 in Bullitt County to Sarah Bishop.

4.  Harman, son of Charles & Matilda, married 14 Jul 1829, to Sarah Broughton Shane, daughter of Dr. John Shane of Bullitt County.  He was killed in a rail accident in Rockland County, New York.

5.  Charles Leven, son of Harman & Sarah B., married 21 Jun 1871 to Isabel F. Collins of Orange County, Indiana.  He was a Captain in Civil War and a lawyer.
