| DOHERTY, FRANK BERNARD,
75, 22 December 1967, a retired pharmacist, died on Friday at
Methodist Evangelical Hospital. Mr. Doherty was a member of the
Jeffersonville Elks Club. Survivors include his widow, the former
Katherine Clement. Funeral will be at St. Augustine Catholic Church
in Jeffersonville, with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery there.

Mrs. Elice M. Vincent of 3206 Lakeview
Rd., Louisville KY., 83 years of age, died early Friday Nov 3,1967
at St. Joseph Infirmary after a short illness. Funeral
services scheduled for 2 PM C.S.T at Sweeden Baptist Church
in Edmonson County with the burial in the church cemetery. The
body is resting at the Sharer Funeral home Brownsville KY.
Surviving are five daughters Mrs.
Olive Turner, Mrs. Ruby Hardin, Mrs. Olice Lindsey, Mrs. Nana
Dudley, and Mrs. Louise Hardin all of Louisville; 4 sons Ova
Vincent, Brownsville KY., Oscar, Harland, and Carl Vincent
all of Louisville.

KNAUER, JOHN RUDOLPH,
age 81, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mallory-Taylor Hospital at
LaGrange. Knauer was a farmer, formally of Louisville, lived near
Smithfield with his son Lee Knauer. He was a member of the First
German Lutheran Church in Louisville. Besides his son, Lee Knauer,
his widow; the former Edith Fleischmann, a granddaughter and two
great-grandchildren survive him. Services will be held at M.A.
Stoess & Sons Funeral Home at Crestwood at 2 p.m. with burial in
St. Stephens Cemetery in Louisville. 8 March 1967.

Raymond H. Stieneker, 59, as dead on
arrival at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at General Hospital. Deputy
Corner Charles Proctor said Stieneker apparently suffered a heart
attack at the Charles A. Koch Glass Co., where he was a sales
representative.
He lived at 1922 Buttonwood Road and
was a member of the Preston Masonic Lodge and Calvary Lutheran
Cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, the
former Mary F. McAdams and stepmother, Mrs. H. W. Stieneker.
The Funeral will be at 10 a.m.
Saturday at Highlands Funeral Home 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
Burial will be in Cave Hill Cemetery. The body will be at the
funeral home after 6 p.m. Thursday.

STIVERS, MRS. CLARA ANNA
FLEISCHMAN, has passed away in her 66th year Tuesday, 26
December 1967 at her residence. Beloved wife of Jesse A. Stivers,
loving mother of Mrs. Joseph Constance Calandrino, Miami, Florida,
and Edward L. Stivers, devoted sister of Mrs. Coleman (Virginia)
Churchman; also survived by 10 grandchildren. Friend may visit at
the Hikes Point Arch L. Heady & Sons and burial will be at
Evergreen Cemetery.
