Dicken, 74, died Monday at Saints Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
She was a native of Beech Grove, Indiana.
Survivors: her
husband, Marion J. Dicken, two daughters, Lillian Thompson and
Barbara Sinnock; a brother, Joseph W. Baker; seven grandchildren and
six great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 10 a.
m. Friday. Saints Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 4335
Hazelwood Avenue. Burial: Bethany Memorial

Ren Smith, 73, of Manslick Road, died
Monday at Humana Hospital Southwest.
He was a native of Hardin County, a
retired oiler for American Standard Inc., and an Army Veteran of
World War II.
Survivors include his wife, the former
Mary Frances Creasy; a son, Ronald Smith; two daughter's , Jane
Patterson and Jennifer Braun; four sister's, Janie Knight, Alora
Caswell, Oleda Kiper and Sally Blankenship; four brother's Cecil,
Lawrence, Tommy and Arnold Smith; four grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 PM Friday at
Ratterman's, 733o Southside Drive, with burial in Louisville
Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation at the funeral home will be
from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM. Wednesday and Thursday.

Hospital East. She was the former Beulah Mae Meeker and a member
of SS. Simon and Jude Catholic Cemetery.

Gerald W. and O. James Hafling; two daughters Gloria J. Mundy of
La Grange and Janet K. Cosby; two brothers, David Meeker of West
Palm Beach Florida, and Paul Meeker; 14 grandchildren; and nine
great-grandchildren. Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday, Owen Funeral
Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Entombment: Evergreen Mausoleum.
Visitation: after 10 AM Saturday.

a retired employee of Brown-Foreman Corp., and Army Veteran of
World War II, and a member of Evangel Christian Life Center.
Survivors: his wife the former Alta Turner; three sons Ronnie,
Kelivn and Stanley Napper; three daughters Glenda Brown, Shirley
Ash and Barbara Cates; 11 grandchildren; and three
great-grandchildren.

grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
