Joseph
W. Baker, 81, died Wednesday at Caritas Medical Center.
He was a native of Indianapolis, and
a retired chemical operator for Dupont.
Survivors: his wife, the former
Mary Lou Carney; two daughters, The Rev. Anna K. Baker and Alleen
Davison; a son, J. W. Baker; Jr.; stepsons Stan, John and Robert
Lobred; a stepdaughter, Diane Kehl, 16 grandchildren and 11
great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a. m. Saturday,
Briargate Presbyterian Church, 2100 Upper Hunters Trace.
Burial: Bethany. Visitation: Owen, 5317 Dixie
Highway. 7 -9 p. m. Thursday and 2 - 5 p. m. and 7 - 9 p. m. Friday.

Margie L Gibson, 65
died Friday at Baptist Hospital East. She
was the former Margie Durham, a native of Elizabethtown.
Survivors: her
husband, James M. Gibson; sons, Ricky Lee and Chester and Mark
Bowman; a daughter, Terri Lynn Bowman, and two grandchildren.

Erhart Klapheke, 89, died Thursday at St. Helens Manor. She
was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Survivors:
two sons, August A. and Robert E. Klapheke; six grandchildren and
eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral
Mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday, at Ratterman’s 3711 Lexington Road.
Burial will be in St. Michael
Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-5 and
7-9 p.m. Friday.

75, died Monday at his home.
He was a native of
Hardin County, a retired production worker for Brown-Forman Corp.,
a Navy Veteran of World War II and a member of Louisville
Baptist Temple.
Survivors: his
wife, the former Irene Henderson; a son, Gary Duvall; a sister,
Adrine Funk; and a grandson.
Funeral: 10 AM

Donald George Fuhr, 51, died Friday at
Columbia Audubon Hospital. He was a former chemist at the old
Celanese Corp., and army veteran, and a member of Highview Baptist
Church.

son George Fuhr, a step daughter Amy Murphy, a stepson Kelby
Murphy, a brother Al Fuhr, and a grand child.

McHugh, 77 died Tuesday at Columbia Audubon Hospital. He was a
retired employee of the Old L.B. Price Mercantile Co., and a Navy
Veteran of World War II. Servitors: a brother Bud McHugh; several
grandchildren, including William and Mary English, who cared for
him; and several great-grandchildren. Funeral: 1 pm Monday,
Evergreen, 4623 Preston Highway. Burial Evergreen. Visitation
